The Hazard Team & Contracting Party
Overview
of Treaty: Contracting parties that have signed
this treaty agree that aid in war is not required
but will be considered if deemed appropriate. The
main sole purpose of this treaty is to enhance relationships
between the two agreeing parties.
Terms
of Treaty:
Article
1. Recruits and Officers shall not engage in hostile
actions from the opposite parity such as cursing,
defacing other recruits & officers, fetishist
acts, flaming, unfair game play, spamming and other
deemed hostile acts. Any Recruit or Officer in direct
violation of this term will be reported to his/her
Commanding Body or Governing Body.
Article
2. Contracting parties are to be bonded by this
treaty to show the utmost dignity and respect in
the presence of members of each other.
Article
3. Contracting parties agree to share intelligence
and security matters that pertain to each party
in a time of war only if the other party is aiding
in a war. Other intelligence and security matters
can be shared and requested as deem fit from each
party.
Article
4. The two contracting parties shall each on its
own part, and in the manner it may judge most proper,
make all the efforts in its power, against their
common Ennemy, in order to attain the end proposed.
Article
5. Both contracting parties are not obligated to
aid each other in war, however aid for a war can
be requested from the other party and will be reviewed
by the governing council's of both parties. Also,
each contracting party does agree not to discredit
or undermine the other party in any way if an ally
of each party should declares war on the other party.
If the contracting parties share the same ally,
and at any point go to war with the opposing ally,
the contracting parties of this treaty may refrain
from engagement unless deemed necessary for the
survival of relations between all included.
Article
6. This treaty can be terminated at any time with
a 72 hour notice or a five day notification to the
other party by E-Mail (Electronic-Mail), posted
message on a bulletin board system (forums) or by
an Instant Message to the command staff of the other
party. If this treaty has an assigned date of termination
(Date Terminated), the treaty will terminate it
self with out notification required from the other
party.
